Over all very impressed. Staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Overall I would say transparent is the feeling I have. Vietnamese food is not on my top 10 but my date wanted selected this for us so made the best of it. The staff explained what the choices were and I explained that I was a serious picky eater outside my comfort zone.
Overall the food was really good, staff was outstanding, and the place will do well. Give it a try and if its not for you nothing lost nothing gained. If you love this cuisine then I know you will be back. -

So they definitely stepped up their pho broth and it taste pretty darn good. I was impressed at how much less oily it was and how rich the broth actually tasted. Previously it tasted like chicken broth warmed up. If you know good pho vs. generic pho you can distinguish the difference. In my opinion it's pretty good and didn't taste bland at all.
My only reason why it's rated now a 4 star instead of 5 is because the appetizers portion sizes are so small. I knew not to get the spring rolls because they are not packed with any noodles. So instead we got the egg rolls still they lacked in sized as well. They were short and small. Like a Shanghai lumpia instead of an thick egg roll. On the plate there was only one leaf of lettuce. I felt embarrassed asking for more lettuce because it should be provided for each piece (4 total) but the server gave us only 2 extra...
At $6 for 4 small egg rolls and a slice of lettuce I felt like it was a little over priced.
Other than that it's nearby my house so I'll for sure come here more often. Now that they got their pho down, I'm curious to try their Laos food! -

A nice light flooded place with friendly, welcoming service. We needed a quick but nourishing lunch and scored here. The Signature Beef Phò was just right for me - the tendon was melt in your mouth soft. The broth had a satisfying beefy flavor. Not very deep or layered as you will but mighty tasty. Just a tip on the side: The noodles are added just before serving and need a minute or so to soften and soak up the broth.
We loved the bright and modern interior design of the place which is actually much larger than anticipated from the outside...
We'll return when in the area, again -

Some darn fine pho on my side of town...literally! 4 minute drive from my house!
Managed to visit on their second week of opening, already busy! Word spreads quick! The menu at Pho1 & Co. is a bit smaller than other places but there's still some good food to be had! Fam & I got to try:
*Spring Rolls ($5.98) - deep fried rice wraps stuffed with veggies & pork
*VT (Vientiane Pho) Soup ($8.98) - includes rare steak and meatballs garnished with bean sprouts and basil
*Khao Poon (Spicy Soup) ($9.98) - traditional chicken curry with vermicelli noodles and garnished with shredded cabbage
Spring Rolls were just OK for us. Seemed a bit smaller than other pho places we've visited, but what bothered me is that I guess I'm accustomed to them coming with a big plate of fresh produce especially lettuce and pickled radish & carrot to make wraps! Pho1 & Co. doesn't include any of this with their Spring Rolls, just their dipping sauce. Filling in them was a bit light too, wish there were more veggies in them!
Wifey & the kid did like the broth of the VT Soup, wasn't too salty for them. But they kinda wished the portion was a bit more, all that broth needs extra pho noodles to soak it up! I did enjoy the Khao Poon off of the server's recommendation...oh wow, sooooo spicy though! Like halfway through the bowl I was sweatin' up a storm! Curry flavor was light but overall the broth was tasty. The cabbage added good texture too. My only regret is that I somehow was left with the feeling I rather have pho noodles instead of the vermicelli!
Good meal at Pho1 & Co.! Talked with one of the owners, she said that banh mi sandwiches might be on the menu down the line! I really hope so! That would warrant more return visits for us that's for sure!! -

Now that temperatures have dropped for fall, it's finally acceptable to eat soup for every meal. I have come in a couple of times to this family-owned Vietnamese spot, initially because the location was convenient and again because the food is good.
The menu is pretty standard for a pho place, with the expected soup and noodle dishes. They also have a few Lao dishes, with a coffee (SO GOOD) and a homemade jerky. I ordered my go-to dishes here and they were well done- the app trio has a good variety at a reasonable price. My favorite soups here so far are not the pho but the Me Kah Tee spicy curry noodle soup- they don't hold back on spice, and it has a good amount of noodles too. Service is friendly and attentive, location is clean and recently remodeled- nicer than most pho spots.
